Who is ONF?
Operation NEVER Forgotten (ONF) is a national non-partisan all-volunteer organization that creates awareness and support for deployed troops, wounded warriors, fallen heroes and military families through national public service announcements (PSAs).
ONF's PSA messages are designed and produced for outdoor advertising, airport signs, malls, food stores and TV/radio broadcast. ONF helps make the public aware of invisible wounds... PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). ONF’s campaigns welcome post 9-11 troops home after serving in Iraq or Afghanistan. ONF’s Gold Star Family awareness program fulfills requests by surviving families to help preserve memories of the fallen and to honor their loved ones through outdoor billboards posted in the area of their home towns.
ONF is also a rehabilitative outreach facilitator providing physical and mental challenges for injured OEF/OIF (Operation Enduring Freedom/Operation Iraqi Freedom) Veterans through an annual “SAS” event presenting, “Sports Afield and Stream” opportunities. Each year, ONF brings 50 wounded Veterans along with his/her supporter/aide from around the country to Bozeman and Big Sky, Montana for an all expenses paid week-long journey. Through ONF's SAS events, warrior guests are recognized by national celebrities and communities. Lee Greenwood, American's patriotic musician icon is ONF’s national spokesman and participates in ONF’s SAS projects.
Because of ONF's outreach awareness campaign efforts and wounded warrior events… our military is better recognized, there are more volunteers generated for military support organization, and Americans are reminded to not forget those who have made sacrifices to protect us and our freedoms.
